Time to refrain

I think it's time to refrain from investing for awhile. It seems to me that the USA's instability will continue to put downward pressure on the markets along with the inevitability of unpopular increases in expenses for corporations. The combination will delay or cancel development plans that many have had in their board rooms for awhile in my opinion. So I think it's time to pull back and wait to see when the dropping markets will bottom out before jumping back in.
